Domestic Shipping:

For merchandise orders totaling over $10 and under $75, we add a shipping charge based on the total weight of your packed shipment as follows:

U.S. Shipping Rates

Upon receipt and payment of your order, we will carefully pack it and hand it over to the US Postal Service on the same, or next business day. Packages weighing under one pound ship via USPS Ground Advantage and over one pound ship via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage. Once accepted by USPS, parcel transit times vary from 1 to 5 business days and will arrive with your USPS mail delivery, which includes Saturday deliveries! You'll receive an email confirming our receipt of your order and payment, and a second email with your USPS Tracking Number the day your shipping label is printed.

Return Policy:

You may return new condition items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of giving your return package to the US Postal Service, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

We will provide you with a postage-paid USPS return label, or simply refund your purchase amount without having to return the item(s) when that makes more sense. 

International Shipping:

Due to prohibitively high costs, delays and geographic restrictions we've encountered with International Shipping, we are only shipping orders to US addresses until further notice. We apologize for this inconvenience.
