Shipping & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order from Uncommon Scents, we will process an exchange or refund your money on new condition items returned by you within 30 days of your original receipt. For health code reasons, we can not accept returns or exchanges on any opened bedding or partially used body care products. Clearance items are sold "AS IS" and can not be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (800) 280-2806. Our representative will provide you with instructions on how and where to return an item. Please note that all refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 30 days. We reserve the right to reject or decline any returns or exchanges that are not in compliance with this policy.
Our primary carriers include The US Postal Service and FedEx. Please note any displayed transit times are estimates and are in addition to the time it takes us to fulfill your order and get it to the carrier. The rates are based upon the final weight of your parcel and, in some cases, the distance from our warehouse in Oregon. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING to any United States address on all items throughout the store when your order total is $75 or more! We usually ship these orders via lightning-fast, USPS Priority Mail or, if weighing under 16 ounces, via USPS First Class Package mail. Very large or heavy orders might ship via FedEx Ground.
