Shipping & Returns
Upon receipt and payment of your order, we will carefully pack it and hand it over to the US Postal Service on the same, or next business day. Once accepted by USPS, parcel transit times vary from 1 to 4 business days and will arrive with your USPS mail delivery, which includes Saturday deliveries! You'll receive an email confirming our receipt of your order and payment, and a second email with your USPS Tracking Number the day your shipping label is printed. Very large or heavy orders might ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.
We offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING for orders over $75.
For orders under $75, you may select USPS 1st Class or USPS Priority Mail based on the total weight of your merchandise as follows:

We also ship international orders via the US Postal Service. Before placing your order, our shopping cart will show you the shipping cost, exclusive of import fees or taxes, once you've entered your items and shipping address information.
If you are not satisfied with the scent, color or appearance of any item(s) in your order from Uncommon Scents, let us know right away and we will process an exchange or refund for new condition items returned by you within 30 days of your original receipt. We do not accept returns of opened or partially used body care products as we only re-sell new, unused products. Clearance items are sold "AS IS" and can not be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team via email or by phone at (541) 345-0952. We will advise you how and where to return an item. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 30 days. We reserve the right to reject or decline any returns or exchanges that are not in compliance with this policy.
