Please  securely re-pack the items you're returning and include your name, UncommonScents.com® order number and detail to us if you want an exchange, a credit on your account or a refund to your credit/debit card. Items returned within 30 days in unused and re-sellable condition qualify for a refund/exchange of the full merchandise amount that you paid us for them. We do not generally refund the return shipping charges unless there is proof of damage during shipping or defective merchandise. We do not honor exchanges or refunds for products not purchased from us, even if they happen to be a product that we sell. To protect your security, we are required to purge your credit card information shortly after shipping your original order, so we might need to contact you to get the information again for the purpose of crediting your account.
