International Shipping Information...
We do ship to most countries and the shipping charges will be displayed to you in our shopping cart before you are required to place an order. The rates displayed will be added to your invoice total and they depend on the final size and weight of your shipment and the method and carrier you select. We offer various shipping methods through FedEx and the United States Postal Service. Please note that transit times shown are only estimates and delays for a variety of reasons (usually customs inspections) are beyond our control. Also, any import taxes/fees/tariffs imposed by your government or the shipping companies are not included in the amount we charge you. These are beyond our control and are your responsibility on the receiving end.
Please note that our shopping cart will instruct you to make an entry in all required fields during order checkout, even if they don't apply to you. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you simply enter a period (.) in those fields. A valid phone number for the "ship-to" address is required for all international shipments.
You will receive an email confirmation when placing an order with us, and a second email when we ship your order. Unless your shipment is via USPS 1st Class Mail International, your second email will include a Tracking Number or Delivery Confirmation Number that you can copy/paste into the website of your carrier to monitor the transit and delivery status of your package. For orders shipped via the US Postal Service you can track at www.usps.com. For orders shipped via FedEx you can track at www.fedex.com.
