Uncommon Gift Possibilities...
Instead of gift wrapping with paper and cellophane tape that may end up in a heap on the floor, we offer gifting options that may be more sensitive to the environment while also protecting your gifts during shipping:
We offer many beautifully pre-packaged gift sets, in reusable tins, totes and gift boxes by various manufacturers throughout our web site. Examples of these lines would include Badger, Botanicus, DANI, Dresdner, Anju Jewelry, Moodstar/Misticks, Naked Bee, Olivina, Pre de Provence, TerraNova and Uncommon Scents.
If you don't find the "off-the-shelf" combination of products you'd like to give, feel free to customize your own gift(s). Just purchase any combination of items and tell us in the "Order Comments" box during order checkout exactly which items you'd like us to put in a sturdy, reusable, opaque, glossy white gift box and we'll assemble it for you at no extra charge! What could be easier? Size permitting, we will carefully configure your gift box complete with colorful "crinkled" paper filling, a gold stretch-tie with a bow, and our purple Uncommon Scents signature label with your "To" and "From" inscription. You can also include personalized gift message(s) that will be included on the Packing Slip with your shipment. Please note that our Packing Slips do not display what you paid for the products; we do include them in each shipment so the recipient can confirm that the order was packed accurately and completely.
Under "Shop by Category" we also offer you the option of giving UncommonScents.comŽ Gift Certificates in any amount that can be delivered instantly via email or in printed form. They are an excellent choice when it's just too late to get a parcel delivered in time, or for the person who'd love to pick-out their own scents, sizes, colors, etc.
Two other gift related options you'll find on every product page include the ability to save a personal "Wish List" for future purchasing and the ability to "Email This Product To A Friend". The email option rapidly delivers a picture and description of the product, your personalized message (hint, hint...) and even an "Add to Cart" button for immediate purchasing.
Please note: Our shopping cart will accommodate shipments billed to you and shipped to your gift recipients at a different address, but it only allows one "ship-to" address per order. The courtesy custom gift box option does require a minimum of $15 merchandise per gift box. Our standard box is approximately 10" long x 10" wide x 4" high, so very large or heavy combinations of products just won't squeeze into one box; in these instances we may have to "wing it" with some of the items included outside of the gift box. We will do our best to get everything into your box(es), but the constraints of size, weight and high fuel costs make the shipping charges somewhat of a challenge.
