Viscose refers to the process of turning the bamboo plant into fiber. Viscose is a generic term that is recognized by the Federal Trade Commission for fibers such as bamboo. In order to comply with FTC regulations DreamSacks must use "Viscose from Bamboo" as the fiber content descriptor. Their products are made from the same fabric that you are accustomed to; only the label has been updated to meet the federal requirements.
